PeakSearch was established in 2006 with the vision of becoming a leading recruiter for key positions in the Nordic region. Our Values Based Recruitment Model has proven to be a highly accurate way of ensuring precision matching, high quality and a positive experience for candidates and companies alike.

To date, we’ve completed more than 600 recruitment assignments and approximately 5,000 in-depth personal assessments in connection with recruitment to various Nordic executive, manager and specialist roles. Over the years, PeakSearch has recruited a wealth of talented individuals for key positions in a wide range of business sectors. Among these areas, we offer a unique breadth and depth of experience in the life-sciences fields and related sectors (pharmaceuticals, medical technology, biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmacy market and consumer healthcare). 

Fueled by steadily increasing demand for our services, PeakSearch has grown rapidly and expanded its operations. In the Nordic region, we are now seven Senior Recruitment Consultants specializing in all aspects of recruitment and personal assessment. We currently have offices in Stockholm, Lund and Uppsala.
