Ethics and confidentiality

Good ethics is essential in an industry built on trust – both from our clients and candidates. We follow the ethical rules adopted by the of Executive Search Consultants Association (ESC). Here are some of the key points:

Confidentiality
We are committed to strict confidentiality regarding circumstances that are brought to our attention in connection with the assignment. Documents and records are stored in a secure manner.

Candidate privacy
We share no information about a candidate either to customers or to other external contacts, before we got the candidate’s consent.

Responding to candidates
Candidates should feel dignified, friendly and professional approached. We do not disclose test results, or written judgments as the latter and in another context, could harm the candidate.

Off limit
We refrain consistently from actively searching for candidates in the companies with whom we work closely.
