We follow scientifically proven methods for selection and personality assessment.

PeakSearch uses well-documented SHL tests and assessment tools in our recruitment process.

All our consultants are specialists in selection and personality assessment and are certified to use tests and tools.

Depending on the nature of the role we are recruiting for, we use one or more of the following selection methods:

• Competency-based interview
• Proficiency tests (verbal, numerical, inductive)
• Personality questionnaire OPQ 32
• Simulation exercises, role plays and work samples
• Competency-based reference checks
• Assessment centre * (a combination of all methods)
