Lyckad rekrytering!

Vi har glädjen att meddela att vi med Värderekrytering rekryterat Natalia Acosta till positionen som Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Neurology Finland på Eisai. Ansvariga för rekryteringen hos oss på PeakSearch har varit Jarl Molin och Sara Steinvall.

Några månader har nu passerat sedan denna perfekta matchning och Natalia har hunnit komma in i sin nya roll. Vi blev mycket glada över att Natalia hade tid att svara på frågor om hur hennes första tid i hennes nya uppdrag varit och hur väl arbetet motsvarar bilden som förmedlades av rollen under rekryteringsprocessen. How has the first time in your new job been?
It’s been a very interesting and insightful 1,5 months at Eisai. I have completed my official onboarding, travelled twice to Stockholm to meet and work with colleagues, and engaged in valuable discussions with customers. I’m eagerly anticipating the upcoming projects and events, and I’m thrilled to be part of Eisai’s meaningful mission. Additionally, I want to express my gratitude for the invaluable support and kindness from my manager and colleagues, which have made me feel very welcome and appreciated.
How well does it match the image you got of the role during the recruitment process?
My role aligns well with the expectations outlined during the recruitment process. In summary, I work as a member of the Medical Affairs department, providing scientific expertise in the field of neuroscience and initiating and facilitating projects beneficial for a variety of stakeholders. The overall aim is to enhance opportunities for patients with unmet needs to access meaningful healthcare benefits.
What is the best thing about your new job?
The best thing about my new role is the opportunity it provides to make a genuine impact in the lives of people with neurological disorders through scientific communication and peer-to-peer discussions with medical experts. Additionally, the motivating and enriching working environment, coupled with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, adds to the overall experience.
What’s your plans for this summer?
During the summer, I’ll be attending an international congress, which I’m eagerly anticipating. Besides that, I plan to spend quality time with my family and friends, explore different parts of Finland, swim in numerous lakes, eat plenty of ice cream, and most importantly relax while enjoying the endless daylight during the nights without darkness (yötön yö).
